The Rich Cozzola Memorial Juvenile Expungement Help Desk (“JEHD”)

A free walk-in help desk providing assistance with expunging your juvenile arrest, law enforcement, and court records, including help with advice and filing paperwork.

Markham Eviction Help Desk

Free walk-in help desks providing legal assistance with landlord/tenant issues, eviction defense, and document preparation.

Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-4:00 pm. In-Person Advice available on Thursdays.

Suburban Courthouse Domestic Violence Help Desks

First come, first-served help desks operated to assist survivors of domestic violence with questions, advice, and basic drafting for Orders of Protection and Domestic Relations cases.

Our Attorneys can explain the court process and next steps to self-represented people, assist with or advise on basic filings and drafting, and in certain cases, screen people for further assistance from Legal Aid Chicago.

Please note: Help Desk attorneys CANNOT file an appearance on your behalf or represent you in court. Below are the locations and hours of each help desk.
